		<description>Nuclear energy can not only provide for all of our electricity needs but combined with urban and rural biowaste, hydrogen produced at nuclear power facilities could also utilize the titanic amounts of wasted carbon dioxide  from biomass power plants to produce-- all-- of the synthetic carbon neutral gasoline, diesel fuel, jet fuel, methanol, methane, and dimethyl ether that America needs for transportation, energy, and industrial chemical use.</description>
